Wow…it is amazing how mainstream media is picking up this topic with such vigor, I’m going to attach a couple of different sources on the topic. Most interesting is that as I was sitting here putting together this entry and listening to the radio, our local channel here in Park City, UT (KPCW.org), picked up on the NPR story and was ad libbing on the topic – talk about trickle down. Many of the stories begin by talking up the attributes of barefoot running, and a lot of them will spin the Vibram FiveFinger into the mix. Regardless, once the concept of barefoot running is embraced, VFF is going to find its way organically to the runner somehow.
So here are the links to Time Magazines Coverage of the topic.
Time Magazine Video: Is Barefoot Running Better for You?
Time Magazine Article: Toe Huggers
Additionally here is the link to the NPR story which has been airing nation wide.
NPR | Study: Humans were born to run barefoot.
This is the impetuous of the groundswell of information flowing on barefoot running. Read it carefully if you are a VFF retailer – there is a lot of information for you to digest.

Any questions you may still have please email me at brittany@mountainsource.com and I would be happy to answer them.
Thanks so much!
